System & Network Tests

Internet Speed Test

Measure ping, jitter, download and upload speed with a sustained browser-based network test.

Why results may vary

Network speed changes with WiFi quality, server distance, congestion, VPNs, browser overhead and test endpoint capacity.

How to use this test

Start the test from a quiet connection and keep the tab open while ping, download and upload samples run. Stop cancels any active transfer.

How the measurement works

The test automatically selects a nearby measurement server, exchanges temporary test data for sustained download and upload measurements, and samples connection responsiveness while the test runs. The live gauge follows the measured throughput in real time.

How to interpret results

Ping and jitter describe responsiveness, download affects streaming and downloads, and upload affects calls, backups and live streaming. WiFi and VPNs can change all three.

Troubleshooting tips

Pause cloud sync, VPNs and downloads, move closer to the router and repeat at a different time if results look much lower than your internet plan.
